Admittance (line 30s.) at 30s.per annum to 56 acres of land etc in Bollington in the sd manor and forest part of purprestures of waste granted and delimited in an Agreement between the Commissioners and Council of the Revenues of the sd lord the prince in his behalf and 2. Roger Downes Esq, Francis Pott, William Clowes Gents, Richard Normansell, customary tenants on behalf of themselves and the other customary tenants of the sd. manor and forest, and in a Decree thereupon made in the Exchequer of the sd lord the prince, of Chester, at Cestr' [Chester] 31 May 1621 between the Prince plaintiff upon information and 2. the sd.Roger Downes, Francis Pott, William Clowes, and Richard Normansell defendants.
