DescriptionCertificate of a continual claim made by Lawrence Downes of Worthe [Worth] Within Poynton countie of Chester Esq by entry in and upon certain parcels of land, meadow, and pasture lying and being in Vpton countie of Chester called the Botten Feildes or the Whytfeildes now in the hands of the Committee or Committees of the body of Edwin Stapleton Gent ward of his highness the Prince, which claim has been made likewise for "divers years now last past".

Witnesses: Lawrence Downs, William Cree..., the mark of Roger Ward.
