Surrender and Admittance (Fine 12d.) for term of life, and lives of Edmund Pott and Mary Pott son and daughter of Edmund Pott late of the City of London Gent dcsd, at 2s. per annum, remainder Lawrence Downes; into a parcel of land lately part of the waste of Pott Shrigley.
