Bargain and Sale in consideration of £250 of a messuage called Pyenest in Skircote now occupied by William Ellistones, with closes appurtenant called the Inge under the house, the Seller End Feild, the Daysybanke, the Litleround feild, the Threenookedbanke, the Longehey, the Crofte on the back of the Laith, the Bower Inge, the Close on the back of Richard Smith Laith. (N.B. the Longehey also spelt Longhey).
