Yorke [York], Bt., with further proviso (endorsed) for reservation of right of way for William Hawley with cart, carriage or cattle through the close called Springbancktopp or Broadclose, to a close adjoining called the Ryeclose; of closes called the Haughe, the S......crofte (6 minims), the Pallies, part of the great close called the Springbancktoppe, all within the Manor or Lordship of Nether Paddley [Nether Padley], in the parish of Hope, now held by Antony Oliver.
