James earl of Derby, Steward, being a Surrender by Attorney (under Letter of Attorney 16 February 1703) and Admittance (Fine 12d.) of and into parcels of land in Pottshrigley [Pott Shrigley] called le Ellybank and le Croft by green part, formerly enclosed from the waste of Potshrigley [Pott Shrigley]; for term of life or life of Edward Pott late of Pott within Potshrigley [Pott Shrigley], gent., at 2s. per annum, herriot 12d., remainder parties 1. supra as provided in Indentures 6 June 1649 between (1) Edward Downes and Sara his wife and (2) the parties 1. supra.
