Mandate to the Sheriff of Chester for Inquisition to be made upon oath by trusty and lawful men of the county, as to what goods and chattels, lands and tenements were held in his bailiwick on Monday 17th April 1710 or at any time afterwards by Thomas Grastie late of Warford Magna, gent., Sara Grastie late of the same place, widow, otherwise called Sarah Grastie of the same place, widow, Samuel Grastie late of the parish of St. Clement Bator', com. Midd', tallowchandler, otherwise called Samuel Grastie of the parish of St. Clement Bator', tallowchandler, Thomas Teuth late of London, haberdasher, alias Thomas Teuth citizen and haberdasher of London, outlawed on that date in a plea of debt brought against them by Mary Jones widow, as the sheriff of London and justices at Westminster are informed: inquisition to be returned by 20 November into Exchequer at Chester (Cestr').
