Mortgage to secure debts (total £3,920) to persons specified in annexed schedule (v. infra).

Release in consideration of 5s. (consequent upon a Lease by Indenture of Bargain and Sale of 16 January 1719 in accordance with the Statute for transferring Uses into Possession) of premises (1) to uses; and Lease for 99 years or life of Edward Downes of premises (2) to uses with proviso of termination on repayment by party 1 to party 2 of debts specified. Uses; Trustees to raise moneys for discharge of scheduled debts by Lease, Mortgage or Sale of premises.

Paper (schedule secured to front membrane through turn-up) 1 sheet folded, 4 pp., 8" by 8". Seals: 2, on tape in turn-up; 1. red, round, 10mm diam., device a stag, 2. red, round, 10mm., a bird. Duty stamps 4s. 6d.
