Covenant to lead the use of a Surrender; lease for 60 years or life, at £16 per annum for first 4 years and £17 thereafter, of a farm in Pott Shrigley called Davenports House, lately in possession of Thomas Redfearne, and fields called the little Meadow, the long Lands, the Heald, the Lymed Ground, the lower Field, the Moss Pitts, the two Brookhouse Crofts, and the Meadow.

Physical DescriptionPaper: 1 leaf 19" wide by 27", folded 4 times and frayed at corners, pricked for ruling. Sold by "Thos. Gamull, Stationer, next the Temple Cloisters". Watermark. Seals: Three en placard, red, signets, 10mm diam, heraldic, incomplete impressions. Finlay's seals show a shield charged with a chevron in relief.
