Lease, on consideration of agreements hereinafter mentioned, for term of 7 years at £60 per annum, and 6d. for services and 6d. herriot, the lessee to pay £5 advance rent per Cheshire acre for ploughing over and above the acreage limited in the lease, and to fulfil all offices parochial as apputtain to the premises, and to make payment of Lay to Chapel Warden of the Chappel of Poynton; of a messuage, farm or tenement called Dale House in Worth, with fields called the Croft, the Greene, the Peartree Croft, the Harrop Croft, the Lower Worth, the Hockley Higher Croft, the Heald, the Pool tail, the Castle Hill Field alias the Castle Field, the High Field alias the Highfield, the Marled Earth; with prescribed cultivation of 6 acres of the Marled Earth, the rest to be converted to Summer fallow, and that part of the Lower Worth next to the Park, the Lower Worth next Hockley (alias Hockly) and the Pear Tree Bank part of the Heald.
