Witnesses: Richard de Venables, William de Modbirlegh, Robert le Grauenor of Rudeheth, Roger de Leicestr', Hamo de Aysslegh', Richard de Aysston'. Lease for 20 years in consideration of 8 pounds of silver, with Warranty contra omnes mortales, of 24s. in rents, with all Hugh's lordship in the town of Bolintoun [Bollington], and his rights of courts, pleas, mills, woods, wastes and pasture etc. Latin Mark: D. n. 13.
