Lease for term of life or survivor of party 2, with reserved rights of timber, game, and ingress, at a peppercorn rent, of a messuage in Shrigley [Pott Shrigley] now occupied by the said Edward Downes, with the garden, coachouse, stable, outbuildings; and cottages adjacent occupied by Priscilla Friggatt, James Beard, Sarah Bradley, Thomas Heginbotham; and fields in Shrigley [Pott Shrigley] called Church Meadows.

Seals: Two, en placard, 18mm diameter, a plain grill-pattern impression.
