Mr. Wats

My Mamma not being very Well orders me to acquaint yu that She has Recei'd. yr. Leter. with Ann Whitacres accounts. She says my Pappa desires yu. will make her Executors make that affidavit. yu. desired. in order to a full discovery. & my Pappa [says] desires. yu. will do all yu. can. that he may have his right. & impowers yu. in his name to do whatever yu. think nesessary in that afair. & says he suposes yu. can forse the Exers; to call speedyly for all the Mony in. if not. my Pappa thinks there will be some cheating tricks played. him: & there being one of the greatest Sums due from Mr Werral of Pownal. it may be easier got from him then from his Son. in case of the old Mans Death & Pappa says when he sees. what will be his due. he will then do Something very handsome in order for a Charity Schoole House at Prestbury he says yu. did very well to send 'em word that he woud lease that tenement in Ketleshulme falen in by the Deceas of Ann Benet & if She has left any heir they must come out: otherwise my Pappa lease it: My Pappa & Mamma desires their humble Servises to yu: & my Brother & Sister do the. Same: as also doth Yr. Most Humble Servant

I beleive yu. wont be displeasd to hear that my Brothers affair goes on as well as posable with the young Lady. but I cant say so well with the old Crab.
