Transcript;-

Sir,

As it is inconvenient to Me to have the Sale of Worth delayed, & as You have had the lowest Terms positively stated, '(which are much too low)' & such particulars sent, as must enable You with your own knowledge of the Estate to say in a Word, whether or Not You chase to buy it, I shall therefore think Myself at liberty to sell it to the best bidder, if I have not your [decisive agreement] 'final resolve' to purchase [from You] by return of the Post. I am, Sir, Your hble.servt.
