Description	Poynton Transcript;- Poynton 3d. September 1791. Sir, Sir George Warren having executed the Agreement have sent it over, and Request You will lay it before Mr Wright for his Signature which when executed 'by You and Mr Wright' may be exchanged for the Agreement in Sir George Warrens possession, when they will both be Originals, and am Sir Your Most Obedt. Humble Servant Dan: Whitle. P.S. As soon as the Agreement is executed be pleased to send it to Mr. Newton at Stockport, who will deliver the other part. Edward Dawns Esqr. Butley Hall. Mark: None.
