Quitclaim with warranty contra omnes gentes, of all Geoffrey's right and claim in the manor of Worth, and lands etc. in Vpton' [Upton] and Macclesfeld' [Macclesfield], together with all the lands in co. Cestr' [Chester] which belonged to Thomas de Worth'; except a field called Ratounesfeld and bailiwick ("balliva").
