Parties: 1. John son of Robert de Hulme, John son of Robert de Marshelond', 2. Agnes wife of Robert son of William de Dounes of Shrigelegh' [Pott Shrigley], daughter of John son of Robert de Hulme, and the heirs of the bodies of her and Robert begotten.

Feoffment "de cheif seignouragez des fees", for term of life of William de Hulme, Agnes's father, at 18 marks per annum upon conditions - that if William de Dounes of Shrigelegh' [Pott Shrigley] and Katerine who was the wife of Thomas de Worth should die before William de Hulme, then the rent is to be 20 marks per annum for term of William de Hulme's life - and after his death at £10 per annum for term of life of Maude his wife; reversion William de Hulme in default of issue to Agnes and Robert; in the manor of Worth' [Worth] with its appurtenances, and lands in Macclesfeld' [Macclesfield], Vpton' [Upton], Adelyngton' [Adlington] and Torkynton' [Torkington].
