Lease: feoffment with Warranty contra tam capitalem dominum quam omnes alios homines et feminas, for 39 years at 20s. per annum for life of William de Dounes and 6s. 8d. per annum for rest of term to his assigns after his death; in a place containing 15 acres of land called Dodefeld in the township of Shryggelegh [Pott Shrigley].
