Title	Blacon cum Crabwall Parish Council

Description	No parish council was formed for Blacon cum Crabwall until 1923. On 1 April 1936, under the Cheshire County Review Order, 1936, most of the parish was transferred to Chester County Borough. The collection comprises two minute books, one each for the parish meeting which began in 1894 and the parish council.
