Lancaster, esq., and Esther, his wife, daughter and devisee of Alexander Eaton of Chester, esq., deceased, to Thomas Jackson of Chester, linen draper, of a messuage, coach house and stables with the garden adjoining the city walls in St. John Street in the tenure of Elizabeth Eaton; a messuage in St. John Street in the tenure of Robert Fearnall, butcher; a messuage on the S. side of the latter in the tenure of John Saunders: a messuage in St. John Street in the tenure of William Jonas with a stable and coach house adjoining the said messuage in the tenure of the said Elizabeth Eaton, in the tenure of Messrs. Moulson and Company; also a stable adjoining in the tenure of John Edwards, and a room adjoining the city walls in the tenure of Elizabeth Lowe, widow. Consideration: £2500
