Presentment of a number of butchers, including William del Hope and David le Flesshewer who [buy?] and sell all those sort of animals without any toll or custom; and also that they were common regrators and forestallers of the various beasts as specified above, and broke..... excessive gain against the form of the statute etc. from Michaelmas last past until..... The inquest further said that they put and set entrails of their beasts under their stalls and hung their carcases before their shops........ in their shops, to the harm of passers-by, against the ordinance of the Mayor, Sheriffs ......
