DescriptionGRANT by Richard son of Hugh de Sonde to Thomas son of William de Alstaneston, for his homage and service, of the messuage and curtilage which he formerly held of him for a term, above le grene in the township of SONDE [Sound], near the land which he holds of Hugh, father of the said Richard, in the same vert, and 1 selion called the broad selion in eglavescroft, which lies between the said Richard's selion and the half selion of William de Alstaneston, and in Sadesvalle furlong 1 selion next the selion of Roger de Sonde, and 1 selion in sondehalt, with the waste which extends from the ditch on the moor to the hedge of the said Hugh his father towards the water, at an annual rent of a pair of white gloves worth ½d.
