DescriptionLEASE (counterpart) for 3 lives, by the Rt. Hon. Hugh Earl of Cholmondeley, at the instance of William Spark of Baddington, yeoman, and Anne his wife, to George Illidg of Nantwich, yeoman --- a messuage in BADDINGTON and EDLASTON [Edleston], with parcels of land called the Croft way field, Barn field, New Yord Meadow, Rutters field and the meadow adjoining Waukerley field Long Rang and Hill field, in the holding of the said William Spark, leased by the said Earl of Cholmondeley to Anne, now wife of the said William, by the name of Anne Burton of Baddington, widow (15th Sept. 1712), and assigned to the said George Illidg by the Marriage Articles of the said Anne Burton and William Spark (18th April 1717) on trust for 3 lives, 1 of the lives therein being now dead; the premises are now leased for the lives of the said Anne Spark, Mary Burton, her daughter, and John Spark of Edgley (Co. Salop.), at an annual rent of £42 and a heriot of £3. Cons. £2-2-0. Seals: Red, 2, a device; applied. Parchment.
