James Earl of Barrymore to John Frodsham of Helsby, gentleman --- a messuage or tenement with appurts. in HELSBEY called Barlows; to hold from the decease of Ellen Waddy, wife of Edward Waddy of Waxford in the Kingdom of Ireland (daughter of the said John Frodsham), for the life of Elizabeth Waddy, daughter of the said Ellen, aged 3, at annual rent of 24/3. Cons. £40. Seal: Red, a pelican in her piety.
