James Cholmondeley to Thomas Owen of Helsbey [Helsby], yeoman --- a messuage and tenement in HESLSBY, heretofore in the holding of Moses Denson deceased and after of Moses Denson the son and now of the said Thomas Owen, with appurts.; for lives of Moses Denson the son, Thomas Haspell aged 15 and Richard Haspell aged 13, both sons of Henry Haspell deceased, at annual rent of £1-3-7.
