Description	DECREE of Chester Court of Exchequer in cause between Sir Thomas Savage Kt., plaintiff, and Thomas Holcrofte Esq., defendant, that the said plaintiff shall receive and enjoy the tithes belonging to the Rectory of FRODSHAM without the disturbance of the said defendant until the final hearing of the said cause or until it shall be otherwise ordered by the Court.
