| Description | Agreement for lease of lands in Aston iuxta Mondrum. Agreement between Richard de Minshull senior and William del Mere whereby Richard leases to William a piece of land and waste with appurtenances in Aston lying between a lane next to the land of Robert de Stapelegh and the wood of Cholmondeston, and between le Hurst and the land of Thomas Hallesonne, for 20 years from 16 Oct 1336 paying annually 20 silver shillings.
