[2] and confirmed to party 2, David de Hampton, all their lands and tenements in Horton, near to Tilston [Tilstone]
[3] to be had and held to David, his heirs and assigns, of
[4] the chief lords of those fees by all services thereby owed and of law accustomed.
[4-6] Warranty clause
[7] Witnesses: William de Stokton [Stockton], Richard de Overton, Henry de Lauton,
[8] Thomas de Malpas, John de Malpas, and others. Given at Horton on Monday before the feast
[9] of the Nativity of Saint John the Baptist, in the twelfth year of the reign of King Henry IV
