[2] party 2, William, son of Robert of Lachebothe, and Emma, his wife, daughter of party 1, that entire piece of land with appurtenances in the district [3] of Lachebothe, lying within these boundaries, beginning at the courtyard of Robert del Bothe [Booth] and thus following the hedges and ditches
[4] to the land of Richard del Bothe [Booth], and thus following the land of the said Richard to the land of the prior of Norton, and thus following the hedges and
[5] ditches up to the said courtyard of the said Robert del Bothe [Booth]. To be had and held of the chief lord of the fee to the said William and
[6] Emma and their heirs lawfully begotten between them. Freely, quietly, well and peaceably, lawfully and by hereditary right forever with all
[7] liberties, benefits and easements everywhere pertaining to the said land and vill of Lachebothe, rendering thereby annually and doing services thereby owed and customary for all secular services, charges and demands pertaining to the said land
