[1] Party 1 Richard de Burton, chaplain to
Party 2 Margerie, widow of Roger de Holford
[2] All lands, tenements with houses and curtilages which Richard had by gift and feoffment of Margerie in the territory of Stubbus super Rudhet (Stublach) and
[3] Lostockgralam [Lostock Gralam] with appurtenances to Party 2 for her life
[4] to be held of the chief lord of the fee etc
[5] After Margerie's death
[6] remainder to Henry, son of William de Toft and Margerie, his wife, daughter of Thomas de
[7] Venables, and their lawful heirs.
[8] If Henry die without lawful heirs,
[10] remainder in its entirety to the right heirs of Henry
[11] Witnesses: Robert le Grosvenour, Roger de Leycestr'
