[1] Party 1 Thomas Hynton, Ranulf Cholmundeley [Cholmondeley] and George Mascy, chaplain have given, granted, and confirmed to
[2] party 2, Richard Sparroe, a moiety of all their lands and tenements within the parish of Merbury [Marbury]
[3] in the county of Chester, which they recently held as a gift and grant of William Conper and Katherine, his wife to them and {Cowper}
[4] their heirs in perpetuity. To be had and held to Richard Sparroe, his heirs and assigns in perpetuity of the chief lords of those fees
[5] by due service and customary of law.
