[1] Hugh Heppals has given, granted and confirmed to John Savage, knight,
[2] senior, half of the lands and tenements which were lately of Hugh Sonbache [Sandbach] within the parish of Prestbury in the county of Chester and elsewhere,
[3] to be had and held with their appurtenances by the said John Savage, knight, senior, his heirs and assigns forever
[4] of the chief lords of that fee by services due and customary by law.
[4-5] [Warranty clause]. Given on the twentieth day of July in the year
[6] 1483.
