[1] Party 1, Peter, son of Peter de Arden has demised, granted and confirmed to party 2, William Trussel de Cubbleston [Staffordshire], knight, one piece of land with appurtenances called 'Bunlegh' in the vill of Schoklache [Shocklach]. To be had and held [3] by the said William, his heirs and assigns for the whole life of John de Seyntpere [St Pierre], knight; freely, quietly well and in peace, [4] with all rights of common, advantages and easements wherever they pertain to the said land. [4-6] [Warranty clause] [6] Witnesses: Robert de Hawreden [Hawarden] [7] John de Codynton [Coddington], William de Graffton [Grafton], and others.
