Lease by Richard Bromley of Bakesford [Basford] to Ralph Delves of Dodynton [Doddington] of a messuge in the holding of John Thomys, Ralph to receive 30s annually as long as Thomys(?) occupies a mill called Crowschay Mill, and the rent (14s) of a house and land in the holding of Richard Lont, until the sum of £3 - 15s has been paid.
