Description	Quitclaim of lands and buildings in Birches. Quitclaim by Richard son of Robert Presbiter(?) and Cyrrus(?) his brother, to Hugh son of Tegge, their servant ("gen[eros]i nostri") of land and buildings in Birches which belonged to Com'(?) their brother. Witnesses: William de Bulkileg', Kenwric de Larketon, Thomas de Below, Thomas de Harthul, Thomas son of Deyns(?) de Bowlisworth. 2 seal tags, one with fragment of seal wrapped in wool(?) fibres.
