Grant by John Lloyd of Brocton [Broxton] to William de Salghton parson of the church of Pulford and Henry de Walton, chaplain, of all his lands and tenements in the lordship of Hawrdyn [Hawarden] and reversion of lands and tenements which Matilda, widow of Jevan Lloyd his father, holds in dower. Witnesses: John de Davenport then steward there (i.e. lordship of Hawarden), John son of Thomas, William de Meshin(?), Thomas son of Roger, Philip Ffylkyn and others. Seal on tag.
