Grant in free marriage by Iwayn son of Madoc son of Yevan to Yevan son of Madoc de Brocton and Wenthylia, Iwayn's daughter, of 2 messuages in Brocton [Broxton] which Adam de Codynton once held, and 2 bovates of land in the same township. Witnesses: William son Gerard then steward of Roger de Monte Alto, John Bernard then bailiff of the lord, Ralph Corbyn, William son of Ralph, Roger son of Stephen, Yuruerth son of Madok, Warin de Hul', clerk and many others. Tag, seal missing.
