Description	Quitclaim of lands in Broxton. Quitclaim by Robert de Haurthyn [Hawarden] to William son of David de Brox'n of all the lands, woods and tenements which William and David de Brox'n his father had enclosed in the township of Brox'n [Broxton] up to the present date. Witnesses: William de Grafton, Thomas de Brox'n, William son of Thomas de Brox'n, Madoc son of Owen, John Hardyng chaplain and others. Seal in white wax on tag.
