Grant by Peter the hunter ("venator") and Agnes his wife to Richard son of Tegge de Brexin [Broxton] of all that land with buildings which Thomas [-]agov' held of them and all that land with buildings which Elder son of the widow held of them, with all rights, appurtenances etc. including husbold and heybold and wood for fuel of all sorts in the woods of Broxton and Chelleg [Chowley]. Witnesses: Robert de Bulkyleg', William his son, William de Ridley, Richard de Bulkyleg', Ken' de Larketon, Thomas de Herthul, Robert de Huxleg', clerk and many others. 2 tags, one with seal in green wax, "S PETRI VENATOR[-].
