Agreement between Sir Hugh Cholmondeley, kt., James Haughton and Thomas Haughton, gents., executors of Randolph Prestlande, late of Wordhull [Wardle], esq., deceased, of the one part, and William Prestlande of Wordhull, brother of Randolph of the other part re. rents of lands in Alvaston formerly belonging to Randolph and payment of legacies to Jane Prestlande and other daughters of the said Randolph.
