[1] Party 1 Robert son of Gilbert de Chedyll [Cheadle] grants to [2] Party 2 William de Hondford [Handforth] [3] Hondford for his homage and service, in fee and inheritance, with woodland, plains, pastures, waters, mills belonging to the vill [4-5] and grants right of commons in woodland of Chedell [Cheadle] and right of pannage for his own and heis men's pigs, rendering 8th part of the fee of Chedyll.
