[1-3] Final concord in the County Court at Chester on Tuesday next after the Feast of the Beheading of St John the Baptist in the first year of the reign of King Edward IV, before John Nedeham [Needham] Justice of Chester, John Maynwaryng [Mainwaring], John Bromley, William Brereton, knights, Robert Legh, William Stanley and others
[3-5] between Henry Mascy, chaplain, querent, and William Picke and Margaret his wife, deforciants, of 2 messuages and 42 acres of land with appurtenances in Roghshotewik [RoughShotwick] and Halghton [Haughton]
[7-8] the said William and Margaret will warrant the title agianst the Abbot of Chester
[8-11] For this concord Henry has granted the said tenement to William and Margaret for the term of the lives of the said William and Margaret
[12-13] And after their death, to Richard Cholmondeley esquire to hold from the capital lords.
