Description	LEASE (counterpart) for 25 years by Sir Roulland Hyll, knight, to Elsabeth Tayler, widow. --- a parcel of moor and a piece of land in Parkyns crofte, between the lands of Sir William Brereton and Sir Phelyp Egerton, now in the holding of the said Elsabeth, at an annual rent of 3/- for the moor and 4d. for the piece of land. Seal missing from tag. Parchment.
