DescriptionLEASE by Sir Roullande Hill, knight, lord of Bradeleye [Bradley], to Phillippe Pickeringe of Bradeleye. --- 8 butts and 2 cuttings in Caulande Riddinge, between the lands of Sir Phillippe Egerton and the heirs of Sir William Brereton, adjoining a headland belonging to the said Sir Phellip and the heirs of Sir William Brereton on the South and a close called Parkins close on the North, 1 butt and 1 cutting adjoining Parkins close on the North and lying between the lands of Sir Phillippe Egerton and the heirs of Sir William Brereton, another cutting adjoining the high lane side, 2 butts adjoining a meadow of Sir Phillippe Egerton at one end and the heirs of Sir William Brereton at the other, 1 butt adjoining Sir Phillippe Egerton and the heirs of Sir William Brereton North and South and lying between their lands, 2 cuttings adjoining the heirs of Sir William Brereton at both ends and between the lands of the said heirs and of Sir Phillippe Egerton, and 2 crofts called Longefyelde and kill crofte, at an annual rent of 4/-.
