Description	Action originally brought by J B Deakin (of Deakin Bros of Liverpool) for damages for alleged breaches by the Salt Union of the agreement for the sale of Boston, Wharton and Over Salt Works, Winsford 27 Nov 1888, and of a letter of appointment as salt distributor given by the defendant to the plaintiff and dated 13 March 1889. (Original judgement of the Divisional Court of the Queen's Bench delivered 30 Nov 1893). Printed.
