Title	Case for the opinion of counsel - Salt Union Ltd and Brunner, Mond & Co Ltd.

Description	Relates to whether Brunner, Mond & Co were entitled to draw brine from and under land belonging to the Salt Union by pumping on their own land (Penny's Lane, Witton, Northwich), and thus to injure the surface of the Salt Union's property, causing subsidence.
