Description	1. John de Leycestr’ and Margeria his wife 2. John Davenport of Davenport, Richard Legh and Thomas Legh, his son and heir Geoffrey Starky, son and heir of Richard Starky de Stretton, Richard Starkey, son and heir of Geoffrey Starky, Thomas Legh of Northwood and Roger Lee de Legh. Grant from 1. to 2. of a grange of 18 acres, previously held by John Layot in Over Tabley and Nether Tabley, including a field called le Brodefield. Witnesses: William Bothe, knight, Thomas Danyell of Tabley, Thomas del Meer’, esquires and others. Two tags each bearing a seal in red wax. [Copy in Book of Evidences III F 105].
