Elena Leicester, his daughter Grant from 1. to 2. of an annual rent of 8s 4d from a messuage in Allostock, held by Humphrey Jacson, an annual rent of 26s in a messuage held by William Hilton there and a rent of 26s 4d from a messuage held by Hugh Kennarde and a rent and various other specified rents in Allostock and Pever for 20 years after his death, if she lives so long.
