Description	1. William de Leicestr’ of Tabley son of John de Leicestr’ 2. John de Leicestr’ his son and Elizabeth, his wife, daughter of Hamo le Massey of Rixton Grant from 1. to 2. of the Manor of Wettenhall in Aston, and all lands etc in the Township of Wettenhall, also a messuage held by Stephen de Wen’ in the township of Overtabley. Witnesses: Peter de Dutton, John Sauage, knights. Hugh de Dutton, then sheriff of Chester, Richard de Werburton, John Straky, Geoffrey de Litley and others. Seal: red wax on a tax.
