Description	Last day of Feb. He was to be buried at Budworth. 10s was left for masses, his son Peter, was to have his full inheritance; His bastard daughters Elizabeth, Jane & Margaret Leicestr’ were to have some of his moveable goods, selected by Peter and by John Brocke of Tabley; Alice, his wife was to have the third of his goods and the rest were to be divided among Richard James Laurence Leicester, his sons & Elizabeth, wife of John Ogle, his daughter.
